Rio de Janeiro is internationally renowned for its culture and beautiful landscapes (beaches, coastline, mountains), which are included in UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The city will host the 2016
Summer Olympic Games from the 5th to the 21st August. During the winter
months (June-September), the weather in Rio is very pleasant, which make it a
perfect time to visit. In July, the typical temperature range is 10-25C and the average number of rainy days per month is 6.

- The Sugar Loaf mountain, one of the most visited sights in Rio, including climb on cable cars.
- The Corcovado mountain, where the statue of Christ the redeemer is situated, via train.
